So what makes us different?

We are sick of seeing companies charge extortionate prices for staff, when businesses rely on staff to stay open. On many occasions the staff provided by these companies are not reliable and don’t have the skills they promised. This is especially true in the kitchen.

Our aim is to provide clients with reliable and quality staff. This means that if we provide you with a head chef, we are confident that they will perform to a standard.

In order to achieve this as part of our interview process, the candidate will have to prove themselves in a professional kitchen working alongside our director and chef, Nikki at his own fine dining restaurant, Restaurant Amor. Having a successful restaurant available to us, to really get an understanding of the quality of the staff we are providing.
